Our Pilates Instructors at Paradigm Physical Therapy have extensive experience in injury rehabilitation. As with all our appointments, your Pilates session is a one on one session with the instructor focused on your specific needs and limitations. We incorporate Pilates into your recovery because it is an excellent form of exercise to address muscular imbalances, develop core strength, improve your body-mind connection, gain flexibility, improve quality of movement, and workout without high impact or jarring movements to the body.
